Silvestro and Vincenza’s wedding took place in September at the Ex Stabilimento Florio in Favignana. I loved every moment to photograph their wedding.
Preparations for the wedding, strictly in separate places, as tradition dictates, took place with serenity. From the bride’s house there was a magnificent view of the sea of Favignana, and a wedding photographer cannot resist making shots with the bride in a suggestive backlight. Fortunately, Vincenza was the calmest and quietest bride I have ever met and I was able to do my job as a wedding photographer well!
Vincenza arrived at her wedding ceremony in Favignana, at the Ex Stabilimento Florio, by boat. There I took a picture that, for me, is an incredible resource of contrasts, black and white, the choppy sea and the grace of the bride.
The groom showed his emotion when he saw the bride enter. Environment was a perfect frame also from the photographic aspect, at the end of the ceremony the spouses were also applauded by the locals!
The wedding guests reached the Cave Bianche Hotel, the venue for the wedding reception. While the guests were refreshed with aperitifs, we made our way through the beautiful landscapes of Favignana. Silvio and Vincenza’s wedding photo shoot in Favignana ended with dances and the cutting of the wedding cake at the Cave Bianche Hotel.
